Delirium

Delirium

State in which I dwell
Tis psychopathy spell
Mind’s maniacal laughter
Haunting to hereafter

Remnants of cleft will
Like drops of water spill
Torturous on brow
Reality shall bend and bow

Should I even mention?
Medicinal intervention
Of course tis first choice
To hush that incessant voice

But here I stand, in total silence
With no moral guidance
Scarfing daisies from ornate wall
What now? I’ve eaten them all
