depression at its finest

I'm down and out
Broken and lost
Full self doubt and pain
Tears are falling
Itching to cut
Cut the pain out
Feel that pain on the outside
Dieing on the inside.
Mind is betraying me. 
I need to shed this depression
Tear aren't enough
The pain inside is overwhelming 
I need a released.
Blood might be the cure to this.
I don't know.
Hurt and scared 
Feeling like throwing up
Stomach in knots
Head is hurting 
My world is spinning out of control.
Falling apart.
I need an end
