Drugs and drink you turn to it
You are now playing the game with it
Do not let it win you at it

You go to bed you sleep with it
Awake to find you are still prolonging it
Learn to take your mind off it
Or you eventually give into it

Self-destruction mainly comes with it
Help yourself to snap out of it
When you do it’s a start to conquer it
Believe in your ability to realise it

Dismiss the negative thoughts of it
