All the rest of it is true though!! It's just one of those days where every symptom is horrible all at once so I tried writing to take my mind off of it...
Thank you Valerie i have found ways to cheer myself out of these feelings by just doing simple things like walking the dog ;-) he always takes me for a walk he is a Boer bull a monster of a dog with a heart of a little puppy :-) or get stuck into a painting. Life is one big drama and I hate drama's I'm a cartoon kinda guy :-) he he. You are a very nice person Val xxhugs and much love to you too lovely ladyxx
