Poem -

DIDN'T TURN OUT WELL

I went to the rabbit farm but was full of goats
The harbour next door didn't have any boats
Looking skywards and no sign of flying birds
To the library and the books didn't have words

What an unusual day off to the pub for a drink
Surely they would have beer you'd like to think
However when I ordered they said no beer today
This was proving a nightmare day I have to say

Maybe a meal was the answer some lovely grub
No food I was told all eaten by a tennis club
So off home I then decided I would go
How I arrived you wouldn't like to know
