Not much. You can even get free ones.... but the free ones don't ever come up on search engines. You need to choose and buy a domain name. They can be pretty cheap. Then there's the hosting. Depending on who you go with ( square Space, Wix, Go DaddyĀ Ionois etc) and what package you get, personal, business, email facilities, mailing list options, whether or not you can use it to sell. They range from Ā£13 to more than Ā£35. If you want to build a site like Cosmo they are thousands. My one was low end but still to much for me and my meagre earnings lol x
Thank you for the insight, I literally had no clue. I can relate to meagre earnings, plus everything is so dang expensive. I took a break from working to focus on our house and myself, but I have been dog sitting to bring in some income, my boarded dogs never want to go home lol.Ā
