Dinosaurs

Can we fathom worlds of raging dinosaurs
100,000 plus years old
wild beasts fending for themselves
Vultures preying in an endless cycle
no sacred humans to tame as they needed
perhaps they enjoyed it thoroughly
Hot springs and desert oasis
The BBC era was divine
They paraded in full glory
Lovers with endless tales
Sacrifice and bravery they knew greater love than humans
And wwre as resourceful
Divine beasts of supreme glory!!

Dear India,

You're most interesting depiction of a dinosaur's life, from 100,000 years ago,
leads me to recall the Tyrannosaurus Rex, because it takes me to the "meat" of your pith.  (my humorous response is an attempt at levity, in these most troubled times).

Peace and Love,
Larry xxx
