Poem -

Disappear

Saturday night staring out my window,
Wishing you would come for me.Ā
Take me far away from here,Ā
Where no one knows who we are.Ā
To start a new life.
Begin a new dream.
Live a new chapter.Ā
But it is all a lie.Ā
A lie invented by my heart.
A heart that never ceases to believe,
Believe that you will come back.
Walk through that door.
This life is ugly without you.Ā
Looking up at the night sky,
I see your face, I can't forget.Ā
Hoping you are in the place you deserve.Ā
