Distinction

Distinction

White streak across bleak and savage skies,
sombre back drop awash with disdain and millions of watchful eyes.

Devoured and left harrowed,
Bemused and sunken in the earth,
Torment seems to lament and Laden me my encore,
My right to be here erodes and I question what am I here for?

Succumb to bitter mouthfuls of torrential onslaught,
Capsized by sinister puppets masquerading, seemingly never caught.

Suddenly from the very pits of dark and grandeur,
I reinstate my stander, my right, my very curiosity, I seek to know who I am, I am far from a minority.

I will scratch and claw through curore and grit, to know what it is, I will no longer sit and suffer untill my extinction. I aim to walk the plain of this earth with a ready heart and distinction!
