DIVORCE THE STORY

Divorce your story and marry the truth
Think back to a time of adventures and youth
Change your belief system, start a new goal
Take care of yourself, you are courageous and bold
You know that the truth will set you free
Look kindly in the mirror there's beauty in thee
What will give you the power to act?
Because each move you make, you take your life back
Don't wake in the morning wishing to die
Be reminded of life's beauty; look up at the sky
Each time you find courage, you're changing your state
God gave you more resources, death will just have to wait
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
And being stronger you grow wise
You'll see the colors of the rainbow
When you remove your false disguise.....

From medical madness to retribution, each scar tells its own story.  Death couldn't take me, God has a better plan.  I'm learning to leave isolation behind and take my seat in this beautiful world where I should have been twenty-two years ago....For every loss, God made up with beautiful words of poetry.  I am blessed, I CAN and I WILL REWRITE MY STORY.  I survived and I owe my life to this gentle giant's teaching....Thank you Tony Robbins for your unending wisdom.....
