Poem -

Does this even need a title?

Does this even need a title?

Her eyes are empty

She seeks nothing

Expectations

Happiness

Her body language speaks fear

But no one can hear her

Sudden noises repel her

But no one cares...

They think its funny

No one can possibly know

What she went through

And yet they still expect her

To get over it

Her shoulders have been worn down

By the grief of this secret

Her heart is weighed down

Will she ever trust again?
