I don't wanna dream
for the front page
or the neon lights 
that make my blood run cold
that require me to live a lie 
cause I don't wanna waste my precious time
I don't wanna dream
I wanna live in the now
I wanna live for the Lord
I want my heart to travel on

I've always wanted to 
travel across the seas
to climb the highest mountain
and look out as far as my eyes can see
but there are some things in this life
that are so hard to understand
I'ts to much to find the meaning
inside his greater plan

The ways of the world
often bring me down
There is no man that I will follow
to fill my heart so full of doubt
So I'll enjoy each waking moment
For It will never come again
I can't give up now or
I will have lost the fight
so I surrender
surrender to the divine
I give you my life
