Double standards . Or injustice .

As a client . I have to inform work and income of any changes to my personal circomsance and income . So I feel that government departments should show equality and do the same . Inform me of any changes to my case manager in writing . Since I have to write a letter of I want any changes made , to a decision made for me , without my knowledge and without asking me if it was okay . I truly believe in equality and equal rights between large government departments and client's . I also truly believe in the importance of consistency of care . Especially when any client of yours has mental , physical , emotional, or learning difficultlys . I think having the same case manager is important so one does not have to recount  there  personal life to a stranger . I believe in a holistic view when it comes to people . I got along with my case manager . People you feel a reapore and already have an established  relationship , gives people an element of trust and belonging , so are more likely to achieve . Trust and confide in someone . I think having the same person is important , if the client feels comfortable with talks they have with case managers it can make all the difference to people with anxiety , depression , asberges or autism . I am more than just client   .  I am a human being . I don't want to start over with a new case manager . Especially since I didn't get informed or asked if it was okay . So on behalf of all clients of yours , please inform and explain and respect those who don't want big changes made without their knowledge or consent . Thanks client 356074121  .
