Dream

Dream

Ticking clocks tell me to sleep,
My oath to darkness I must keep.
Back to strange lands I must go,
Where tangerine skies, ruby rivers flow.
Back to my night keeper,
As I sleep deeper and deeper.

Will I swim with mermaids?
Will I fly with unicorns?
Will I visit the place where I was born?

Will I see the future?
Will I see the past?

Daylight approaches,
I must return,
Back to my bed to be reborn.
