Dreamers Chaos

She dreamt of landsÂ
Untouched by manÂ
A rose oblivious to the color redÂ
Landscape of tape covering the mouthsÂ
That whispered secrets in her headÂ
She dreamt of gold that had not known silverÂ
The moon who knew not of the word "sliver"Â
River snakes unacquainted with the waterÂ
Of fathers who knew not of daughtersÂ
She dreamt of fires that would not burnÂ
She dreamt up mazes that had no turnsÂ
Of rolling hills built up of laceÂ
Stitching dresses from nature's plateÂ
To dress the girl who was kept indoorsÂ
By four white walls with not a single doorÂ
She dreamt of the sun that was not shiningÂ
Of color's black and whiteÂ
She dreamt throughout her working dayÂ
Into the dreary nightÂ
She dreamt of weeping willows
Who had known no sorrowsÂ
She dreamt of daysÂ
That had no existing tomorrow's Â
Waking up in a crowded graveÂ
So she decided to dream her life awayÂ
She dreamt of faces without eyesÂ
Stars that were unfaithful to skies
She dreamed of dreamersÂ
Who knew no dreamsÂ
She dreamed of toysÂ
Which had no seamsÂ
She dreamt up stories that had no pagesÂ
She dreamt up prayers that spoke no gracesÂ
She closed her eyes until the people fadedÂ
Forgot the world; she was unrelatedÂ
She floated in her mindÂ
Knew no sense of space or timeÂ
She dreamt many thingsÂ
To run away from the world
Living in nonsense dreams
A torn up, broken down, dream land girlÂ
