Dreamers Chaos

She dreamt of lands
Untouched by man
A rose oblivious to the color red
Landscape of tape covering the mouths
That whispered secrets in her head
She dreamt of gold that had not known silver
The moon who knew not of the word "sliver"
River snakes unacquainted with the water
Of fathers who knew not of daughters
She dreamt of fires that would not burn
She dreamt up mazes that had no turns
Of rolling hills built up of lace
Stitching dresses from nature's plate
To dress the girl who was kept indoors
By four white walls with not a single door
She dreamt of the sun that was not shining
Of color's black and white
She dreamt throughout her working day
Into the dreary night
She dreamt of weeping willows
Who had known no sorrows
She dreamt of days
That had no existing tomorrow's
Waking up in a crowded grave
So she decided to dream her life away
She dreamt of faces without eyes
Stars that were unfaithful to skies
She dreamed of dreamers
Who knew no dreams
She dreamed of toys
Which had no seams
She dreamt up stories that had no pages
She dreamt up prayers that spoke no graces
She closed her eyes until the people faded
Forgot the world; she was unrelated
She floated in her mind
Knew no sense of space or time
She dreamt many things
To run away from the world
Living in nonsense dreams
A torn up, broken down, dream land girl
