Dreaming of the Weeping Willow

I often wonder if she's sad. The tree they call the weeping willow .
I lay here and start dreaming of her as my tears soak the pillow.
Every bone in my body is aching. Even my soul is in pain.
I try to block out the bad 'till I believe I'm going insane.
I dream that I am leaf on the willow and I wiggle myself loose.
The wind snatches me up and carries me wherever he wishes to choose.
Once I'm there I become me again. Only with no tears upon my face.
I don't even know where I'm at but I already like this place.
The sound of laughter catches my ear and I start to follow the sound.
And as my dream starts to end happiness is what I found.
