Dreamland

There once was a girl with a magical head,
Who's dreams came alive when she went to bed,
Of princesses in castles and knights on white steeds,
Of queens dressed in gold wearing sparkly beads,
Rainbows and dandelions and teddiesĀ that talk,
And flowers that dance and old trees that walk,
Angels and fairies, marshmallow men too,
And mermaids a'swimming in lakes crystal blue,
Magical elf's and good witches on brooms,
That race through the night, and some tidy her room!!
She would visit some planets, both Venus and mars,
Then bounce back to bed using trampoline stars,
She floats on the clouds to a magical land,
Made of candy floss grass and caramel sand,
And rabbits, so many, that hop and don't stop,
And they all drink hot chocolate with whipped cream on top,
Oh the mind of this beauty, nothing out of place,
Its no wonder she wakes with a smile on her face.
