Driftwood

Driftwood

Lost.
Aimless.
Alone.
Floating.
Wandering.
Wherever the winds and oceans usher me.
Rising and falling on every wave's ebb and current's pull.
Once part of something larger.
Now shattered.
Voiceless.
Emotionless.
Lifeless.
A splinter of life's flotsam.
Driftwood.

I love this because I am like driftwood. I feel as though I am at any rate x

Thanks Being Me for your revealing comment and I guess there's always a bit of driftwood in everyone for how fragile we are.
Thanks again, take care and I wish you well.
