Drowning In Regrets

Colossal numbers of regrets for the eye to see
Drowning slowly In constant pain, turning into deeper misery
Trying hard to get past the hurt of the years
My insecurities linger while I am filled with anxious tears
Tis hard to move forward being stuck in all the demise
Life has certainly caught me by surprise
Stress haunts my thoughts it does not go away
People have tried to help but all their words just get in the way
Wanting to build a bright future ,I see the exit ramp straight ahead
Do I make a right turn to escape the torment that lies within?
One thing Is for certain love will always win
I have prayed many nights on a broken knee
Tears fill my eyes that I can barely breathe
Longing to be with her for the rest of my life
As I look towards the celestial sky shinning ever so luminous
I am here holding out my hand with heart ready to reveal this love for you burning deep inside

(((hugs)))) Rock x Thank you for sharing! Sometimes hard to write but it seems to help to put our feelings into words....take care!.
Hey Lyn it is cathartic to let it all out . I had alot to say and it poured straight out . Hugs to you rock
Holy Crap BRADFORD!!....... this is by far........ my favorite ROCK write!!......... the honesty of this is just screaming off of the page............ It hurts my heart to read this..........I don't see an exit ramp in your future bro........I see an Aisle..........I see a lovely spring day........... where all of your dreams come true!..!!!!!.......I think if you keep expressing yourself this honestly..... and so beautifully poetic........... you can't do anything. But find what your heart so obviously desires........... keep up the good work bro.......... and have faith.........LOVE always wins!!............... excellent write B!!.............peace............T xo
Hey t thanks for your kind words .means a lot saying this was one of your favorites . I did write straight from the heart and I will take the aisle instead of exit ramp . Great words of wisdom . All the best to you rock
