Poem -

drowning in your absence.

I'm going past the nightmares
Inside the burning truth,

It doesn't matter anymore
About the pain,

I'm slain, slaughter
Deaths long lost daughter

My mind evaporating
Without you

No one watered the roses love
I watched them fade away

Every petal falling
just empty stems display

I picked one at the beginning
Pressed it into my heart to save

It dried and died
Like it was supposed too

Though when I hold it love
All I see is you

The darkest loving memory
My mind clings too

The only shallow dream
I can get to

While drowning in the absence
Of your love.
