So wondrous and fulfilling the day that Emily came

I knew that my life would never be the same.

Oh, so very precious, and beautiful to me.

Like a jewel in a crown, blossom on the tree.

A rainbow in the sky, a clear mountain spring.

The sunrise in the morning, a favourite song you sing.

The early morning mist, stars twinkling at night.

The freshly fallen snow make such a pretty sight.

I feel an unconditional love which grows stronger every day

A  love you can't describe, it just takes your breath away.

Oh, my darling daughter, so perfect in every way,

bringing me such joy, with each passing day.
