Lost

I feel lost, unsure what to do.

I need to find what feels to be true.

I'm going through a crisis, a test of life.

Causing me pain, just like a cut from a knife.

No drive, no ambition, where can it be?

For now its not so clear to me.

At this time in my life,

I thought I'd be settled and somebody's wife.

Have children, a home and my own car.

But it all feels so distant and so far.

What is out there for me, I just don't know.

But I have to be positive and not feel so low.

Life is for living and there is a lot to achieve.

I've got to plan ahead and learn how to believe.

That the world is my oyster and it's all there for me.

I just need to open my eyes and then I shall see......
