Empty

Empty

As I go about here through all of these places, I’ve realized there are so many names without any faces.
The noisy banter and sharp laughter.
The echos on the wind.
This isn’t what I’m after.
My mind may race, but my lips won’t stutter.
For within them lies words I dare not utter.
