Ever Ending Waterfall

Sitting on the peak of the mountain top.
The waterfall flows so softly and never does stop.
It reminds me of life and how we live.
We take more than, we know how to give.

The water drains from one river before it will fall.
Only to another, where it is needed and never has to call.
Simple little steps it takes and flows so fine.
Just like we should do, even a quarter or a dime.

The media is filled with so much hate.
I ignore it and never stay up late.
I would rather sit and watch the waterfall flow to others.
Like the love I see given to children from their mothers.

Nature has so much to offer us all.
The trails I took to climb for the waterfall.
The berries the birds ate as I was walking by.
The fox on the trail, what a cute guy.

The world has lots of good things, just take a glance.
Like music all around, take a moment and dance.
The sound of the waterfall as it splashes below.
I know it is only going to get better, not fast but nice and slow.
