Dark, deep and penetrating.
Wonderful job with describing the different scenarios with past presidents and other politicians. I wasn't clear on a few of the abbreviations; however, a military man or woman would know without a doubt.
I liked the repeating line:
"Evil is as evil does"
This worked well as a separator to new thought process in the poem.

I could see the first lady drinking outside. Then, there is gun fire and I'm taking to the Waco Compound where lives are torn forever. Wow, this is deep and powerful and heart-breaking.
