Evolution of Me (Love Game of Chess)

Let me clarify-it’s not sweet
what started out as angelic turned hellish
a game of chess turned acquiesce
this amateur wrongly calculated on human error
I bet on beauty, charisma and eluding deception
vs. love and long-term integrity
now that they both are gone
it seems the stakes were set on me
through the faltering developments 
I should have noticed your threatening schemes
saw that all the faith was irrelevant
when no one had faith in me
I should clarify-my actions were separate from intentions
my movements were pre-meditated
carefully derived from the heart
arrived to a place un-checked
I intended to leave from the start
It would have been less complicated
than cleaning up your useless matter
on board planet “no longer care”
I block out all worthless words
your tactics I no longer share
my visions now clear not blurred
Let me clarify-I had formulated a plan from the beginning
my knight just got in the way
I became a pawn for him to move on
but never intended to stay
arrived at my destination
with plenty of room to bleed
parted with restoration
of love between you and me
