defeated

defeated

Give up on me, why would you God, you made me, you know what I have become, please save me, I have endured this hell since I was born, my faith has been torn, I’m tired and worn out…

Give up on me, everyone else you created has, the very hands that held me, were the same hands that struck me, the same ones that were suppose to love me, they showed me hell, your daughters and sons.

Give up on me, why would you God, you made me, you know what I have become, please save me, I have endured this hell since I was born, my faith has been torn, I’m tired and worn out…

Hello RG...

I'm sure many people can relate to this point in life...

This is the part where you find yourself in the middle...

This is where Satan tries to stop you at every turn...

I know the exact point you're at...

Satan's mad and he's trying to wear you down...

God hasn't left you or forsaken you but, God isn't going to let you join his Army because, you're tired...

To be a part of that Army...

God's Boot camp it isn't a joke...

Satan is a big part of it...

God and Satan have a love/hate relationship...

Satan isn't as far from God as people might think...

One is going to win and one isn't...

Our choice is who do we want to fight?

Satan and I have had a lot of fights...

He still tries to get me mad and hurt me and he plays real dirty...

I thank him for it because, it's just his way of saying that I'm going right...

That really makes him mad too...

I just say next?

To most people he's hit them with his best shot...

I just say that's the best you got today?

Fight me again anytime...

I don't recommend for anyone to challenge him without having the training it takes to make him fall on his knees...

He doesn't fall easy that's for sure...

When they say don't try this at home...

Yeah don't!

RG...

I hope you don't quit but, it's understandable if you do...

Just don't stop in the middle...

At least get yourself planted on solid ground...

Great write!

Thank you for sharing...

I don’t think they are as far as some may think as well. I’m putting in real effort to pray regularly now and not just when I desire help but also to just voice how blessed I know I am by having everything I need and many luxuries as well. My past still tries to haunt me when it comes to my devotion and strength in faith, I respond with writing as it allows me through reading the thoughts to dissect what I know is real or what is just the insecurities speaking. Your comment is very inspiring and heartfelt. Thank you sparrowsong. ~Rob

Being Me

What a soul searching write! Sounds like your struggling, my friend. We all struggle at times. Life is never smooth all the way through. When I feel this way, I look to nature. Its as brutal as it is beautiful. It is as calming as it is arousing. Walk barefoot outside and you can feel the power there. Your life is YOURS. You do YOU! At the end of the day we have only ourselves to rely on. Others can support us but they can also come and go.  I don't know what it is I'm saying exactly, to be honest, except hang on in there because the tide always turns. Other doors can be opened (if you look hard enough you will discover it's you who holds the key). All the best and thankyou for sharing x

Yes indeed the tide always does turn, I’m glad I’m not the only one that doesn’t know exactly what I’m trying to say :)
Tina anything you say I always know is coming from an uplifting and supportive place and for that I’m forever greatful and appreciative.
