"F You Mr. President!"

"F You Mr. President!"

My friend Jaime was working in the Bear Nest
Condominiums in Park Ridge New Jersey in 1992.
He was painting in the affluent neighborhood
when he looked out the window and saw two guys
looking inside his blue van with the side door
wide open full of painting equipment.

Jaime ran out into the yard and ran
up to the two guys and yelled,
"Hey A__holes - get the f__k away
from my van!"

The two men were in coats and ties.
The man was President Richard Nixon,
37th President of the United States,
and the other his Secret Service escort.

Jaime in a state of shock and embarrasemnt
said,  "I am so sorry Mr. President.  I did not
mean to curse YOU out.  SORRY!"

Nixon smiled, laughed and nodded and
the men moved on with their daily
walking ritual around the neighborhood.

Nixon and his wife Pat lived in San Clemente California
and moved to Manhattan (1979-1980).  They later
moved off exit 171 of the Garden State Parkway
in Saddle River for 10 years (1981-1991) to a four
acre property with a small security station booth for
a Secret Service agent.

At his Saddle River property
the former President had his
space,quiet and privacy,
where he wrote four
books after his White House "retirement,"
and every Halloween handed out
a can of soda,
a candy bar
and his autograph
to neighborhood kids.

The Nixons last move was to Park Ridge N.J.,
his wife Pat passing in 1994, and President
Richard Nixon passing a year later in 1995.

How many people can say the cursed out
a President to his face?
My painting co-worker Jaime can.
