Poem -

Faith.

If words are all I should possessĀ
They shall be the tool
I use to present that small caressĀ
Into the mind it's directed to
Should words be all I hold dear
For you I would trade them all
If only to hear your voiceĀ
If only to have you call
Or whisper my nameĀ
Which would move my very soulĀ
To the heavens, my name
I would wait for all
Eternity
Until all earthly joys fadeĀ
Into old age and memory
When at last you would come
To speak my name and release me

From earthly bondageĀ
