Mommy dearest
Why did you always lie
You told me that you loved me
Then you changed your mind and told me that I should die

Where did it all go wrong
It all feels so surreal
Maybe like its all just a very bad song

Oh why did you leave your marks
And then apologize Just to do it over again
And try to leave me in the dark

Why did you hurt me so
And then hold me when I cried
Just to punch me if the tears didn't flow

How I missed you
I loved you like no other
Because you caught me when I fell

Where are you now
You left me when you could
And I was forced to always protect myself

This is great awareness of when a child is surrounded by hurt and pain at a very deep level...
Many children are the product where Grandpa, Uncle, Cousin or a Brother is Dad...
It happens more than what people will admit to and how the members of the family live always with this lie...
It's easy to believe that Hell is for Children and the ideas and fears that are placed within a child...
