A family, something so simple to those that are familiar with what it’s supposed to mean…

A family, something so confusing to those like me, unfamiliar with what it’s supposed to mean…

so now I belong to a family, made up of my in-laws and I cannot get close for I know I will mess it up! 

They love me unconditionally, they love my son, they open their family willingly to both of us…

They don’t know me, they don’t know my son, they assume we’re just like them, they love us. 

so now we belong to, a healthy and happy family, filled with support and love, slowly we grow closer!
