Family is a joke
Let me tell you why
Not once has mine been there
When I needed a shoulder to cry

Everyone has issues
Trust me I get that
But when I was going through mine
Where was my family at

See they don't understand
They cant feel my pain
They just won't listen
They'd rather think I'm insane

Now they wonder why I drink
And they wonder why I smoke
Because they've never been there
