Fate

Fate

I can not wait
I can not take
How much longer
Before I break

I need to know
I need to meet
The love that has
Swept me off my feet

Its not a fantasy
Its not a dream
Its a chance to be
A truly equal team

I know it now
I knew it then
But I couldn't stop
The ifs, buts and when

I will not doubt
I will not falter
I will not stop
Until I walk down the alter

To the man I see
Was meant for me
The man who can be
The one to keep me free

You are my life mate
Meeting you is my fate

The fish of the sea

Shelley! Good to see you back on Cosmos, how have you been? What a fantastic write here. Love the structure and the message.i think no matter what, in relationships we always have our doubts and worries. It's really about if we can find a middle ground between our differences. Powerful read my friend. Hope you are well, Max~
