FEAR UNRAVELED

FEAR UNRAVELED

I fear no man
For he is of clay
As I am

I fear not the Day
For the tiny seconds of time
Melts away the worse of days

I fear not Time
For that which was granted
Cannot be taken from me

I fear not Death
For its hands will only grasp
The dust of my decayed flesh

I am an eternal soul
A breath of the everlasting God
I am his cherished masterpiece
I am a man.

Well said WB, sometimes we fear the inevitable versus accepting it as we all know its pontless to fear what we know to be the truth. I think you conveyed this well. As always excellent write and well enjoyed my friend ~Rob

Thank you Rob.
Just shooting out some words of encouragement
to the many of us that are struggling with the handicap of fear.
Fear is a grand shadow.. that we can walk upon.. and walk over..
But many of us are crippled be its form and size.
Its Mind over Matter.
thanks again for your support Rob.

Seems as though the above comment by Rob says it all and fear is the mind killer for all to fight or flight.
Wilford you deliver the poetry goods yet again with superb writing and each line superbly uplifting and inspiring.
A poem that after reading makes one good to feel alive, to be and feel human.
And all of life's obstacles can be surmounted and then left behind.
Thank you for your words of encouragement and poem showing one's inner strength and having belief in one's self and what can be accomplished when facing fear.

Shaun.
I've heard it is.. "Some see the glass half full and some see it half empty. "
The way one sees himself, goes a long way in his accomplising of goals and dreams.
We are our biggest fan or enemy. Half full..
Or Half empty.
Blessings my friend.  Thank you for your unselfish comments.
