final rise.

When they come
Like they always do
And the light begins
To fade away,
Bringing back the darkness
To a once warm and shiny day
I shall crave you still,
When the light kisses
my face for the last time
and I begin to fade,
shall you remember me
all the love we have made,
A gave beginning to an end
where shall the darkness sleep
if I am gone and eyes
do weep,
can you visit me there
Without the light
Within your dreams at night,
Don't forget me life,
Am I Truly done
Beyond every writen word
and every rising sun
To never see or create
To feel another one,
To be that forever
falling moon,
no glimmer to blind my eyes
Nor note , to all surprise
forever awaiting the final rise,
the stars within
your eyes,
shall you crave me still
When my life does meet the grave
remembering me in dreams at night
all the love we have made,
If I the falling moon and you
my sacred star,
shall you crave me still
landing to my death
bound to where you are,
shall you crave me still
remembering me in life
all the love we have made
many nights in darkness
my aching heart has
prayed,
if only in light, my living star
Within my eyes had stayed
would you crave me still
When my life does meet the grave.
Forever that falling moon
tell me love, shall I see you soon.

Nardine!  Excellent write!  Love the repetition…"shall you crave me still?" It is an ethereal question whispered; airy, refined…quite delicate.  Life is still there to crave the answer quivering  under a shimmering moon, the aching heart praying, listening for the answer before "my life meets the grave".

Valerie Ebony thank you sweetheart for your beautiful comments
It is a burning question I ask so often this life after the last Breath
Do we still remember once we are gone from life to the next
And if so would love still be love
To the grave do we still desire after life
And would he remember me still.
Love to you nardine xox
