Fire, Fire

Fire, Fire

Fire, fire burning bright,
Incinerate with thy might,
Ignited by maligned decry,
What a wicked way to die

Fire, fire stoke thy reign,
Till withal silt-ash remain
Scorch hence follies plight
Purify nemeses this night

Fire, fire embers grow,
Envy I the amber glow.
Forbidden to meekly touch
Blistered by blest smutch

Fire, fire by thy scorn,
Solemn wish thou ne'er born
A lick of flame upon skin
Purging unrepentant sin

Laundering a wayward soul
Seared pitch, reckoned toll
Redemption wails naught heed
Contented savor sacred deed.
