Firm Grasp

Her love tugs hard on strings that no longer should survive!Ā 

Her breath no longer calls my name.

Her eyes no longer look at mine.

Her mind already has been made up.

She's been gone now for a long time.

But her love still pulls and tugs now...

Just as strong and hard as before.

Her love, my heart cannot willingly ignore...

If only her love's grasp wasn't soĀ 
secure.

Then maybe, just maybe I could forever move-on!Ā
