First Class

First Class

We boarded the airplane and something happened that wasn't right.

My marriage crumbled into a thousand pieces during that flight.

Only one seat was available in Coach so one of us had to fly First Class.

Being the gentleman that I am, I decided to pass.

I let my wife fly First Class and she betrayed me.

Leaving me for another man was how she repaid me.

I didn't have to fly in Coach, nobody forced me.

She met a man in First Class and she divorced me.

When we got home, she got her suitcases and started to pack.

She said she was leaving me for him and she wouldn't be back.

I insisted that she sit in First Class because I was very good to her.

After fifteen years of marriage, I learned that I never really knew her.

She broke her wedding vows after I did a good deed.

He has more money than I do, she left because of greed.

Some people have glass jaws but my heart is made of glass.

It shattered into a million pieces because I let her fly First Class
