Flower Tale and Their Meanings

Flower Tale and Their Meanings

A woman dances with freesia and daisies in her hair.

She is innocent, young and fair.

Her name is Jasmine.

She dances in a field larkspur.

Many men fall in love with her.

One man stands before her with a bouquet of

bachelor buttons,

another with a handful of hyacinths.

She continues to dance with grace and elegance.

Another man comes to her holding a passion flower

in his hand

and yet another holding a pansy.

She continues to dance freely.

One day a man stands before her with

a bouquet of lilac

but leaves and never comes back.

Time passes and she no longer dances.

She waits in a field of white carnations holding

a handful of heather.

She waits for true love through all kinds of weather.

Then a man comes holding hydrangea, one misty morn,

and tells her she need not wait anymore.

He loved her from the first day he saw her

dancing in a field of larkspur.

She takes his hand in marriage

and they live happily ever after in a small cottage

surrounded by a bed of roses red.

 and their meanings:

Hello Cactus Woman...

I love to read the meanings of flowers...

The birth month they stand for and...

The stone that is shared...

Love the whole tale and...

The very happy ending...

Great and beautiful write!

Thank you for sharing...

Hugs...

Thank you soo much Sparrowsong.

Flowers are soo romantic and have a lot of history, meanings and applications.

I'm interested in stones and there meanings as well but haven't learned much about them.

I'm just now starting to learn a little bit about them.

I've studied a lot of things over the years.

A little this a little that but mostly flora, wild herbs, animals, birds, trees, rocks, and so on.

Thank you soo very much for your time and effort.

I do soo appreciate it. :)
