Flying

and the man stood looking up at the sky

 his soul longing to fly

ascending higher and higher

far beyond what human
eyes can now see

beyond the distance of Mars and Jupiter

further than the shores of infinity

and in that blissful moment,

armed with imagination
he lingered
 breathless and still
