Poem -

Footsteps

When i hear the loud footsteps i'm scared
I'm scared he'll barge in again

I'll get harmed again

I feel like a child again

My heart beats faster

I see his face in my mind

A disaster

What kind of human am i

When that door opens

The kid will stay quiet and tucked

The teen fighting to get up

For this is what both will feel

When the footsteps stop
