Poem -

For he shall never hold me

For he shall never hold meNot in light of day or nights sweet kiss

All but memories come to miss There's a closing light that seals his breath , and our love has come to cease like death,

upon a broken dream in sleep- no more stars above to weep,

In layment cry I'd have not send
In fragile promise nor pretend

That heaven counts the wims of woe A frozen winter falls like snow,

A lantern burns not for his face
But yealds much sorrow In its place

The darkness comes with moons full cast, and shadows now a love That's passed

In full complexion where I lie, in all that's broken come to die

He shall not hold me when it done Amidst the moon or present sun

The wounds of love,  the healing just begun.
