Poem -

Forbidden Desire

One o clock on a saturday night,Β
Waiting for tomorrow when I get a fright.Β
My heart already black twisted and torn,Β
And so tomorrow I will mourn.
As faith would have it it came my way,
And I did nothing to make it stray.
Now out of touch and out of reach,
My sweetness my love my tender peach.
The rain falls with a violent splash,
Like my heart with a fatal gash.
One moment I go on normally,
And then overcome with misery.
Everyday she was in my life,
Now just give her a knife.
And let her stop my heart still,
Stop me plunging rolling down hill.
Now I will sleep andΒ
Dream of better things,
Without the tormentΒ
