Fragile Mind

Fragile Mind

A fragile mind destroys mankind
Broken, confused and disturbed
Never knowing where to turn to
To end it would be the best thing
But fear wins over the feelings
Not knowing is worse than the pain
The aching inside of my mind
Takes over my senses again
My brain is muddled and lonely
Common sense has left the room
Alone is what I want to be
But to talk to a friend would be good
Understanding myself is impossible
So how could anyone else
Darkness comes, I’m safe again
I’ll survive another day
Daylight comes, I can be seen again
So again I will hide away
