Free Style Defense

Cracked windows impale my eye sockets

As I dance, and I dance,

To feed the storm. Though I cannot see,

I dance,

And the storm screams.

Crushing winds fling boulders at my spine,

And I dance.

Lightning strikes and my flesh melts from my body.

I dance,

And the storm erupts in fury.

I dance as every limb is torn from my near cadaver,

My arms rise in the air as I spin faster

And faster,

Creating my own storm,

A whirlwind of dance.

I look straight into the eye of the attacker,

Laughter bounces off my bone and hits the storm,

And it cries, cries for mercy.

And I dance.
