Teach me patience for I have none
I have lost patience for people long ago 
What's the point of waiting to be hurt 
To get to know someone only to watch them go
We all have darkness within our souls that only few have known
Places so primal and raw, causing us shame when it shows
Oblivion calls to us with its blissful promises and hopes
Remember being different has always come at cost
Loving light is easy when you're looking for some fun

For in darkness there lies release and liberation
Our souls can burn in the moment of loves euphoria 
Primal instincts are allowed to roam without moderation
Let me love your darkness when you see no light in life
