Freewheeling into oblivion

I am running on empty
But I am freewheeling down hill
It feel am heading only one way
And that's to oblivion
But I am howling with laughter
And screaming at the top of my voice
I do not fear this
For at least it may mean
This harsh life might stop
And as I freewheel se my expression
It's one saying here I come
I hope your ready you better brace yourself
Because I am going for the maximum
Because although I feel I am on empty
My spirit as always is strong
It's just my body and my mind
That has deteriorated over time
But not my spirit, not my courage and definitely not my fight
So you best be ready, you best watch out
Because though I maybe down I am certainly not out.
