Frozen thoughts On Melted Minds

Frozen thoughts On Melted Minds

Can life's icy grasp clasp around your throat ever so tightly,

Love lost,

Cynical grins remind you of winters bane,

When did it get this way,

Walking barefoot towards the frozen lake,

Burning cold chills remind you of better days,

Wispy powdered white snow melts,

Lining the beaten path we've chosen to take,

But there wasn't really any other proven path to fate,

Why keep walking down this flooding lane,

With no simmering light to shine upon our way,

I'm so lost without your hand to guide my way
