Futuristic misery

Love is gone, all forbidden.
Peace is lost, shunned and ridden

Air all heavy, air all thick.
Drained to fast, drained to quick.

Story's lurk in the dark.
Untold tales hushed and stark.

Fake replaces reality.
Adorned with things we cannot see.

Our world is safe with things unknown.
Knowledge makes us feel alone.

They sugar-coat the misery,
All the pain and all the need.

Truth is some thing we can't change.
Like wild fires set ablaze.

But the time has come .
The time for change.

To fix things that are out of range.

And when that day comes fast and quick,
We'll be waiting for each tick
