Give me a chill pill ?

Give me a chill pill ?

I wish I didn’t stress
If only I was calm
Then I’d be so very healthy
Getting worked up just causes harm

I haven’t any patience
I’ve got a very short fuse
& If you decide to annoy me
Well I wouldn’t be in your shoes

I find it hard to really chill
I never can relax
& Coz I do not get much sleep
My stress levels hit the max

So I reckon I’ll try yoga
Its what they recommend
Surely if I practise lots
I’ll calm down in the end
